About Pamela Love
Pamela Love launched her eponymous fine jewelry line in 2007 and garnered critical acclaim within the industry as well commercial success with her signature and intuitive designs. With both fashion and fine jewelry offerings, the brand has grown in scope and influence since its launch and is carried at prestigious retailers across the United States and the world. Pamela Love now has a store in Paris and has collaborated with retail brands such as Kith, Barneys, Shinola, Opening Ceremony, JCrew and Nine West.
With their very strong growth came the need to accelerate their content creation. As they were looking into other professional networks, they weren't satisfied by the quality of the candidates they were receiving. None of them were on brand commented the brand's CMO.
None of the candidates we were seeing on other professional networks were on brand for us. - Pamela Love's CMO
After signing up on Mixer, Pamela Love needed to hire a video content creator. Within 48 hours after posting a listing on our platform, they received over 30 vetted candidates who had experience with leading jewelry, luxury, and fashion groups, and seamlessly hired one. With their projects all displayed onto their profiles, it was incredibly easy to review each one of them.
A couple of weeks later, they found a retoucher with fine jewelry experience who was on brand for them.
And they have consistently hired top talent including copywriters, graphic designers, and even finding models with multiple ear piercings. All of which were agency-level types of creatives, found remarkably fast, and without the expensive commission fees.
We met very talented candidates to fit our specific needs through Mixer and were surprised by the large number of qualified applications we received for each job posting. I highly recommend Mixer for any growing or established brand seeking to create beautiful content, meet quality creatives, or simply network. It is very time-efficient and assuring for us to know that we can rely on Mixer whenever we need talent. - Pamela Love's CMO
