About Netflix Queue
Queue is the new journal from the global streaming service Netflix, launched in August 2019. Presented in an oversized format, the publication offers a place for the diverse Netflix family to share their stories and give readers insight into the process of creating great entertainment for the platform and beyond.
With the surge in social media consumption due to the pandemic, Netflix Queue was looking for a Social Strategy Lead/Producer for an upcoming project.

72 hours after posting their listing, they had received around 40 applicants who had past experience with companies such as Samsung, Vogue, YSL... and even Netflix, within another of their divisions.
They interviewed half of them, and told us that they would even keep some candidates for other upcoming projects.
